Nanco is a photocopier company founded by Kwan Lee.

Shortly after The Collector was voted to be leader of Boomtown, he tried to buy out Nanco. Those who haven't been living under a rock will remember that The Collector was in fact immediately imprisoned by Mr Biga upon his victory. This can only lead us to believe that Mr Biga was the one who wanted Nanco, but for what purpose? It's definitely something to do with portals.
