The Department of Transience & The Natural Union of Railworkers

The Department of Transience is Boomtown's rail service, owned by the Phat Cats. Victor Feelion is the CEO, and although we've never met him, we can be quite sure he's a dodgy dude. Working conditions are so bad at the Department of Transcience that Stan Dup created The Natural Union of Railworkers in order to fight for workers rights. When building the flagship station, The End of The Line, a worker died in the hazardous environment.

Kitty and Tiggy are the daughters of the Phat Cats, and now work at The End Of The Line. They are well meaning, but are perhaps a few kittens short of a litter. If you meet them, you can be sure to be showered in positive vibes and love, so they're in our good books. They hate their dads, but whether that's because they're bad men or because they make them go to work, we can't be sure.
