The Network

The Network are an underground community who worship the mycellial system, 10NA, beneath Boomtown's ground. They first came to TeaBoom's attention during the elections for Boomtown's leader, asking citizens for help to expose the corruption within the city. They like to eat grass, roll around in the dirt, and talk to thin air. That being said, they must be doing something right because they have been successful in their endeavours, exposing the district leaders and uncovering the truth behind The Collector's disappearance. The Collector was apparently so chuffed with them that he GAVE THEM CONTROL OVER BOOMTOWN. Lock in folks because I have a feeling this is about to get wonky.
