This gooey stuff is a by-product of the sugary treats produced in E-Numbers. The pigeons are coughing it up in OldTown, it's oozing out the ground in Botanica, and they're even drinking it in Metropolis! Even TeaBoom! have tried it, because whatever our queen Aurora Venturestone does, we do.

Our favourite gal Aurora was actually exposed for planning to use black goo to power the city during her Chapter 3 election campaign - whoops! We're sure it was just a joke. TeaBoom! supports women's rights and women's wrongs.
