Horris the Horse was a candidate in the Letsbe Avenue leadership elections. I did in fact vote for him, but I had been on the black goo so who knows if that was a smart decision? He didn't win anyway, and the reports of him appearing in citizens' windows at night have stopped, so we assume he's galloped off into the night to find some other city to terrorise.
