Santo Co Inc Ltd is a company incorporation limited (?) owned by Don Santo III, with the objective to protect the citizens of Boomtown from I0NA. With new technology they've dubbed the Sporazine™, they offer vaccines to protect from 10NA's influence. TeaBoom's super secret infiltration of the Sporazine™ production facility revealed that they seem to be injecting citizens with black goo. Personally I like to indulge in a little black goo drinking on the weekends, but directly into the vein seems a bit extreme.
